PAYMENTS

At J C Makeup we use Paypal to process your payment. It is 100% secure and you can use any major credit/debit card or a Paypal account.  J C Makeup  is a full verified Paypal Merchant. Your payment transaction will show up on your statement as J C Makeup.

INTERNATIONAL SALES

We will ship to most parts of the world, please note that all the prices shown on this website are in GBP (UK pounds sterling). Please use the currency converter to display the cost in your own currency.  J C makeup are not responsible and has no control over the conversion rate applied to your payment.

RETURNS POLICY

Please contact us before you return any goods.
You can cancel an order, or part of your order, up to 72 hours from the day after delivery of the goods by contacting us by email or telephone.  Refunds will only be processed if the items are returned to us within 7 days of you informing us of your intention to return the items.  They must be returned in the original packaging and in the new and unused condition that they were dispatched in. Any seals must be intact.

If, unfortunately your order is faulty please contact us immediately. Notice of such instances must be advised within 7 days of receiving the goods or it will be deemed that you accept the items. we will endeavor to replace the items to your satisfaction, failing this a refund will be given.
If you wish to return any items please note that we will not be liable for return shipping costs. We advise you to ensure that all goods for return are packaged securely as we will not accept responsibility for returned goods that are damaged in transit.

All refunds will be made by the same method as the payment was received and will be processed in a timely manner but please allow up to 28 days from notice of cancellation.  We reserve the right to deduct the shipping charges paid at the time of ordering from the refund value. Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.

LOST PACKAGES

A parcel posted to a UK address is not deemed lost until 15 days after posting at which point we will submit a claim.  A parcel posted to an address outside the UK is not deemed lost until 25 days after posting at which point we will submit a claim.  If the claim is successful then you will receive replacement products.  Please be aware that claims for lost packages can take several weeks to complete.

If an item is out of stock that item will be placed on a back order for 14 days, if after which the item is still out of stock we will contact you with the option of keeping it on a back order, a replacement or a refund for that item.

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards must be redeemed within six months of purchase.

Gift cards must be used in one transaction to the full amount, however the recipient will have the option to purchase goods above the value of the gift card and then pay any outstanding monies at the time of checkout.
